Monthly or yearly mobile home rental

In low season, Camping Le Beaulieu offers some rentals for monthly rental

Comfort 1 to 3 people

What is the possible rental period?

The monthly rentals are only from 1st October 2020 to 15th March 2021. Please note that prices may vary during the year. Any period requested before or after these dates will be charged as a per night rate.

What do I have to pay?

In addition to paying the rent, the charges to be expected are:

Application fee of 18 € (only the first month);
Water and electricity consumption (according to monthly meter reading) ;
Tax of stay (0.66 €/day/persons 18 years old and over)

What are the rental conditions?

Payment of the 1st rent one month before arrival (cheques refused at less than one month)
Payment of a security deposit of 500 € cashed by credit card on arrival ;
Rental contract completed month by month ;
BANNED Pets ;
15 days notice

To be provided ?

Identity document ;
Current employment contract or employer’s certificate (any document provided may be verified with the employer)

What should I bring?

You must bring all bed linen (sheets, blankets, pillows), household and bathroom linen.
